Starting on Quitters Day, Friday 10th January, this is a four week active challenge. All you need to do is pick 2 activities and pick your own goal for each activity. Maybe you want to walk 5kms per week and do 2 press ups each day, or run 20kms per week and do a 30 second plank each day? It’s entirely up to you – your activities, your target. When you join, you’ll become part of a private Facebook Group. This online community will be with you every step of the way, motivating you through your challenge so you don’t become a quitter!

It’s free to enter and there will be  prizes up for grabs donated by our sponsor, the Cardo Group.  The challenge ends on Saturday 8th February.
