All ticket sales on behalf of HANDS TOGETHER TIPLYANG PROJECT go towards providing health & education for children in the Nepalese village of Tiplyang high up in the Himalayas.
The charity was set up in memory of 20 year old Michael Allmand VC who gave his life in WW2 while serving with James Lumley, Joanna’s father, & a Nepalese soldier whose village, Tiplyang, had no school.
Generous donors have enabled the villagers to build a lovely Infant/Junior/Secondary school. They have provided food, clothing & healthcare as well as books, stationary, toys, sewing machines &
computers. Teachers’ salaries are also a big commitment.
With your help, HANDS TOGETHER can continue this work in memory of a young life lost by giving new young lives a good start in life. Do come to a fun night out while helping children at the same time.
