Come and Join us on our Open day to Celebrate Mills and UK Milling. We’ll be joined by demonstrators, Morris Dancers, and Bread makers to celebrate local crafts and heritage skills.

Come and explore the Watermill at Hatfield for free on this annual event. Learn more about the history of milling in our exhibition ‘1000 years of milling’; see our remarkable restored watermill in action and learn how it works from our Miller; marvel at the art of Morris Dancing; buy some of our stoneground flour to try in your bakes at home and sample some on site with some sweet treats from The Miller’s Kitchen
