There’s an Organic Plant Sale this Sunday at Tewin Greens in Welwyn Garden City!
Tewin Greens is a market garden set in the Hertfordshire countryside, growing seasonal vegetables using no chemicals, minimum till and following the key principles of organic growing, which are health, ecology, care and fairness.
Lloyd Harrison works to provide the local community with weekly, fresh, and super nutritious vegetables. He shares his produce through weekly veg boxes and by supplying local outlets.
Lloyd is holding his very first plant sale this Sunday 11th May between 10am – 2.30pm. The market garden is located within Tewinbury Farm just off the B1000 in Welwyn Garden City
Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just getting started, you’ll find a fantastic selection of homegrown organic plants, including vegetables, herbs, and flowers to brighten up your garden. All plants are grown from organic seed in organic compost.
Some of the varieties available are:
Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Basil, Mint, Parsley, Sunflowers, Cosmos, Zinnias, Calendula and many more!
