Come and join us for an evening to lift you off your feet as we celebrate life with a fusion of musical styles.
The choir is performing 6 pieces with the headline being “Mass in Blue” by Will Todd. This piece is unique as a joyful jazz setting of a Latin Requiem.
Joining that we’ll perform the amazingly energetic pieces of “Five Spirituals” from A Child of Our Time by Michael Tippet, and “Leonardo Dreams of His Flying Machines” by Eric Whitacre. Completing the set are “You and me: Brightness” by Bob Chilcott, “I Gaze Upon You” by Gabriel Jackson and “Birthday Madrigals” by John Rutter. Very exciting.
