Gill Clegg is a Member of the local women’s group Soroptimist International St Albans and District. She will tell us about when she and her husband worked in rural villages in Zambia for a year in 2018-19. The event will be on Zoom 7.30pm to 9pm. Gill and her husband will be returning to Zambia later this year. We would like to raise some funds so that Gill can continue to work with the local people, as she did last time, identifying specific actions that will make their daily lives better, improve access to healthcare and enable local women to set up and sustain local businesses and improve their health and well-being.
