Receptionist volunteer, Carol Rule, tells Elly all about her role at Citizens Advice, St Albans.  As with any receptionist role, she is often the first face that people will interact with when using the services of Citizen’s Advice, so needs to be aware of all of the services on offer, so she can ensure that people get the right service for their needs.  All receptionists have relevant training and Carol tells us all about that, plus why she volunteers for Citizens Advice and what she gets out of it.
