Mix Mornings with Elly O'Meara


Athena was Elly’s guest co-presenter on Tuesday’s Mix Mornings.  A pupil at Abbey School, Athena won the opportunity to co-present on Mix Mornings at their local auction, raising money for the school.  Athena’s pretty busy, so had lots to chat about.  She told us about her favourite pet Larry the axolotl, her favourite teachers, singing with IROCK and where she loves going on holiday.  Athena announced songs, gave listeners regular time checks, and even presented the weather.  She also made sure that she gave plenty of shout outs to friends and family, including a couple of song requests.  She enjoyed the experience, but gave us some feedback for future guest presenters!  Tune in to hear Athena’s show …
