Health correspondent, Alan Bellinger, was in to give his latest update.  He provided details of the types of questions that the Patient Engagement Forum have put together to ask the health board, answers coming shortly!  Also, a telling survey of Doctors surgeries in St Albans and Harpenden – Alan gives some of the key results and, importantly, where you can find out more if you want to see how your surgery fares.  He finished up with an update on the new booking system that’s been operated at the Blood Clinic at St Albans hospital.
