Cathryn Holt and Caroline Holme, who are both makers of silver jewellry and collage art respectively, joined us on Mix Mornings  to talk about the upcoming Makers Market at the wonderful family run Courtyard Cafe at St Albans. The market starts at 09:00 on Saturday 28th and there will be a variety of makers of  jewellry,  art and other craft products on sale.  The courtyard cafe are on hand with refreshements throughout the day until 3:00pm, and there will be jazz music to add to the atmosphere.  What makes these Makers Markets special is the collaborative spirit between Makers and visitors, with plenty of opportunity to learn about the craftwork on display.  Listen again to these very commited and passionate makers talk about their work and the upcoming market.
