Making a mess at the Museum.

Mix Mornings with Emma Lovell

In February half-term, St Albans Museum is opening its doors to kids of all ages for messy play and creative activity. You can drop in for half an hour or stay for longer at this new regular session aimed especially at younger visitors (accompanied by one or more grown-ups who are still young at heart – and, best of all, grown-ups go free..!).

Every day during half term (17-21 Feb):

  • Handling trolley – handle historic objects from our collection
  • Explorer buckets – perfect for younger visitors
  • Thingamabob gallery – create your own thing…
  • Dressing up as historic St Albans characters
  • Colouring in – great for artists of all ages!
