Elly caught up with Lisa & Sophie, founders of Women Who Walk to celebrate their 1st anniversary held at The Fighting Cocks in St Albans, for the Women Who Wild West!  We reflect on what the year has looked like for them, the walks and the socials (think Women Who Walk on Water, Women Who Wine & plenty of other puns!) Plus Elly chats to some of the dedicated walkers,  the ‘only socials’ and even some complete newbies who came along to join in the celebrations of this brilliant community group.
