Aisha Adi
Aisha's professional background is in Private Client Law. After many years of working in this area, Aisha now prefers to work as a locum for solicitors firms that require short term assistance. Aisha also runs a community art gallery in St Albans which provides a space for local artists to exhibit their work. The gallery also organises public art events and initiatives. As a Director, Aisha enjoys helping the board to make decisions that will benefit the local community and the listeners of Mix 92.6.

After a career in product and corporate finance, running major divisions in large companies and some time working in the USA and Switzerland, he retired early and pursued a passion he has had since his teenage years, radio. Nick joined us in 2011. He has served as a Director here for a number of years.

Emma Lovell
Having lived in Hertfordshire for around 50 years I am passionate about our county and all it has to offer. Local community radio has an integral part to play in bringing communities together and helping to share, connect, support and celebrate all things local. My previous experience includes working as a community musician and music therapist, with local authorities in Hertfordshire and currently with the NHS. I hope to bring a range of experiences and transferable skills to the role of Director.

Elly O'Meara
Elly's professional career was moving people around the world for corporates, with everything that entailed - from tax, social security, immigration & pensions, to logistics of actually getting individuals and their families settled into a new country. She left her final corporate job in 2020, and decided to look for volunteer opportunities and Mix (formerly Radio Verulam) crossed her path. Having never worked in the media and broadcasting industry, she decided to give it a go - not on the presenting side of course, but to help from a volunteer perspective and to join the board to help run the business. Then she was hooked! After a year, she did her debut show on air (an hour on a Monday evening) and hasn't looked back since!

Iain Pritchard
Iain has lived in Harpenden for more than 25 years. Having started out as a software developer in the early 80s, Iain has spent most of the last 40 years providing strategic advice and operational guidance to charities, membership organisations and others in the not-for-profit sector. When not pursuing his passion for radio, Iain spends his time volunteering in Harpenden, acting with local am-dram groups and walking around Hertfordshire with his cavapoo, Millie. Iain started at Mix 92.6 in 2021 and joined the Board in 2024.
