Phil Coates, who is the Commercial Manager at St Albans City FC and indeed ‘Sammy The Saint,’ is something of a real life Saint. He tells Verulam Sport about the continued excellent work he is pursuing in 2019 to raise funds to fight Prostate Cancer. This will take a life once every 45 minutes (that’s every half time in football..) Plus Tony Rice commits to walking in aid of this great cause again in 2019!
