Jon Stubbs from Heartwood Homes probably knows the area better than any of us. He runs Heartwood Homes, a family run local estate agency. Jon came into the Mix 92.6 studio to share some of his vast experience of selling local houses. He shares his view of the local market and how to decide whether to sell your home. And when you do decide to take the plunge, Jon has advice for how to prepare your house for sale and how to make the best use of your estate agent throughout the sales process.
