It is a pleasure to welcome back to Verulam Sport the Head of Corporate Sponsorship for the Black Swimming Association Ed Accura. He discusses the GB success from Tokyo in the pool not least the phenomenal Alice Dearing who placed a creditable 19th in the 10km Marathon swim. In so doing Alice was the first Black Swimmer to represent team GB and Ed discusses what he calls the ‘Alice Dearing effect.
