Dog Food On The Radio

The  very exciting and hugely talented local band Dog Food join us on Mix Mornings this Friday to play a live acoustic session from our studios, including their single Glang Glang which you can hear on Mix 92.6 each day.

Also on the show this week which is Eating Disorder Awareness Week, local children’s entertainer Paul Albert shares his experience of  The Living Room  , a support group to deal with  addiction. As a compulsive binge eater, he is now on the road to recovery after therapy  from their Disordered Eating Group.

Antonia Smith from the wonderful Books On The Hill, also drops in to share her book recommendations for this month.
