This week’s Parents’ Show is timed to coincide with Eating Disorders Awareness week

First, Vivien speaks to Sharon Burke, a registered Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience and is the founder of the Bridge Psychotherapy. Sharon also works with International Clinic London.

Sharon trained and worked with the Counseling Pastoral Trust and Schema Institute in London and has been working in private practice since 2015.
Sharon has experience with Psycho-educational groups, couples therapy and individual therapy.

Sharon is passionate about emotional health, mental health, family and helping facilitate healing within the dynamics of all relationships including the relationship that we have with ourselves.

In part two, Vivien meets Molly Leonard, who is a passionate advocate for mental health and well-being, dedicated to empowering others through creativity. As the founder of Craft With Me C.I.C., Molly leads mindful craft workshops across South Wales, supporting diverse groups, including children, young people, adults, and those facing life challenges. A King’s Trust Young Ambassador and Pride of Britain award winner, Molly shares her inspiring journey of overcoming her own mental health difficulties through public speaking, encouraging resilience and self-care. The mission is to make creative support accessible, create connections, and foster healing through the power of craft.

That’s this Sunday at 8pm and next Thursday at 7pm on 92.6FM, on DAB+, online at mix926.com and on your app or smartspeaker.
