Last ditch attempt to stop the Park Street rail freight interchange

The issue has been rumbling on for so long, that residents had been lulled into thinking that the planned Park Street Rail Freight Interchange would never happen.

But things are happening fast now, with land development company, SEGRO, looking to start work on the planned rail freight interchange in just a few months.

Cllr Nuala Webb, of campaign group Save St Albans: Stop the Freight, explains the group’s concerns over the plans, and says what you can do help their campaign.
