Our special guest this week is Chaz Jankel, one of the original members and the songwriter for Ian Dury and The Blockheads. Ahead of the Blockheads gig at the Hertford Corn Exchange on the 7th March, Chaz talks of his career in music including the film score he wrote for DOA with Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan, now released as a standalone album for the first time in nearly 40 years.
We also meet up with Michelle McCarthy, a St Albans based therapist who focuses on the connection between creative expression and mental well being, to explain how spoken word events can have a positive impact.
