Mix Studios Live and Local with Steve Simpson

If you love music and love local, like we do here at Mix 92.6,  you will absolutely love our new local music show starting Monday 15th May at 7:00pm – Mix Studios Live and Local.

Each week, we will be bringing your the best local music in the county, including new releases from independent and unsigned artists based around Hertfordshire. We will also dig into the  Mix 92.6 archives and bring you classic recordings from local artists we have curated  over the years.

But the highlight each week,  will be a live acoustic session direct  from our studios, giving one lucky  local performer the opportunity to showcase their music to a whole new audience.  We will invite a band or a solo artist to join our host Steve Simpson, and chat about their music, inspiration and ambitions,  and  upcoming performance plans, alongside a live acoustic session of their own original work.
