Why you should be looking up.

with Amanda Yorwerth

Clouds are amazing. They’re an essential part of the water cycle which keeps us provided with freshwater, and learning more about them is a crucial aspect to our understanding of climate change.

Yet in spite of all of this they get a bad rap, and particularly here in the UK – we seem to like the sky better without them.

But clouds do have their supporters, and founder of the Cloud Appreciation Society, Gavin Pretor-Pinney is surely one of the biggest.

He joins Amanda Yorwerth on Environment Matters 7pm Wednesday to talk about why taking the time to look up can reap huge benefits.
