You will work with our volunteers and lead a small team who are helping us to identify and close commercial leads. You need not necessarily sell yourself; your role will be to make sure that our team’s time is spent in the most effective way possible.
You will help design our approach, lead generation and process and then implement and adjust it to achieve the best results. You will be the team leader and report to our Board on achievements and forecasts.
Typically, you will be ensuring that the team has leads to follow up, is able to be effective with them and is focused on the best opportunities.
Some experience of sales would be great but not essential.
