Your Forest and your health.

The second part of the series “Your Forest” focuses on the benefits to our health – physical and mental – of time spent in the natural environment of woodland, forests and other green spaces.  This nationwide project encourages listeners to record one minute of the sounds of nature and send it to wildrumpus.org.uk/yourforest so they can be added to many other recordings sent in from across the country.
