Elly met Noel Godman at the Mayor’s Pride Awards, where he was a finalist in the volunteer category.  A lifelong St Albans resident, Noel has volunteered for much of his adult life.  Starting in St John’s Ambulance back in the 1970’s, founder member of the St Albans Bowl’s club and currently a volunteer for the Alban Arena.  Noel talks to Elly about his nomination for the Mayor’s Pride Awards, the work he does at the Arena and some of his favourite acts that he’s seen over the years.

Plus, Kate Barton, Theatre General Manager at the Alban Arena, tells Elly what Noel means to her and the team.
