When I arrived at Waddesdon Manor I almost felt as if I’d been transported to France! The architecture is distinctly European. Inside it is breathtakingly opulent and reminiscent of Versailles in places.
We’re so lucky to have a place like this to explore! The Rothschild family were and still are such enthusiastic collectors and how wonderful that they have opened these cultural treasures to the public. This time of the year, the Manor is illuminated, dazzling with decoration and is especially festive with lots going on such a Christmas fair and a Winter Light Trail.
