The world around us is full of invisible threads connecting places, people and time itself. Between January and March this year, Herts Foto Forum used that idea to assemble a striking exhibition of members’ work at the Museum and Art Gallery in St Albans. Themes include a well worn walking route, the fraying thread of memory and connections between our past and present.
In January, Jim Paterson gave Mix Mornings presenter Iain Pritchard a guided tour of the exhibition. In this podcast you hear Jim and Iain discussing the pieces on display and some of the background to the exhibition and to the artists themselves.
