Ahead of the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, we are joined by the Lord Lieutenant of Hertfordshire Mr Robert Voss. The Queen’s representative to the County of Hertfordshire brings a unique insight, and he talks to Mix 92.6 about her life, her work and her special relationship with our County.
