Then in the Northern Soul hour, Hertfordshire singer Lorraine Silver explains how she made her first record Lost Summer Love in 1965 – when she was just 13, how she discovered 20 years later that it was a massive favourite on the Northern Soul scene, how it led to her performing live to big audiences, and recording new songs – produced by the legendary Northern Soul DJ Ian Levine.
