The Parents’ Show with Lydia, Andreea, Neil and Dave

Motivating our teens seems to be a very difficult thing to do sometimes, so it’s great to hear Henry Dingle from Young Fire Academy give us some tips on how we can use empathy and not control to get the best out of our young people.

In the second part, Luc, Archie and Luca continue their Duke of Edinburgh’s Award volunteering experience with us as they talk to Adam Wallace of Levitate Gym, a personal training studio,  about the importance of fitness for young people and who shares some insights and tips on how to use a gym.

To close the show, we play a newly-released track by local singer/songwriter Bobby Love, who with his daughters wrote and recorded this track in memory of Emma Barwell, a friend who recently passed away leaving her husband and four children. The song, Angel, was co-written by Bobby and his youngest daughter Elena, and sung by daughters Rebecca and Sofia Gray. Sofia and Elena are both at St.George’s School in Harpenden.

The Parents’ Show is sponsored by Rayden Solicitors.
