If you’re a parent living in Hertfordshire and have always fancied the idea of interviewing local organisations, guests and experts on all topics parenting on radio, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for a co-host for The Parents’ Show, interviewing guests and parenting experts on a range of topics from children’s health, mental well-being and schooling to parent’s own health, activities and time management.

We usually record remotely using an cloud-based system, so you can do this from home at a time to suit you and our guests, or sometimes broadcast live from our studios on a Sunday evening. You may be recording interviews by yourself, or in partnership with one of the team.

We’ll give you some training and guidance and help to set you up to record interviews (our production team will edit them). If you’d like to hear the sort of content we produce, take a listen to some of our podcasts.

We’re a small and very friendly team of local parents who care passionately about raising our children and want our local parents to hear from local organisations and experts. We have won two awards in the national Community Radio Awards for our content and the way it is produced, recognition that our show is of value.
