Hello! I’m Cass from Cass Contemporary Dance 🙋🏽‍♀️ I’ve recently started my #contemporarydance classes in #StAlbans for adults – perfect for those who want to try something new or get back into dancing 💃🏽

My love is contemporary choreography, always doing something creative and telling a story with our bodies, whilst creating a fun and inclusive environment 💫
