Chef of 20 years, Mark Flanagan, came into the studio to talk to Elly all about his pop up street food stall, The Daily Dosa.  With a complete focus on delicious plant based grub, Mark has used his love of Asian food to craft traditional ingredients and modern techniques, into fresh and tasty dosas.  Food is sourced from local suppliers, and his aim is to be a environmentally conscious as he can with dishes served in eco-friendly packaging & using an electric vehicle.  Tune in to hear where Mark got his love of food from and his inspiration to set up his own business, plus – his creativity doesn’t just stop at food!
