Ollie’s first big gig came when his Aunt asked him to make her wedding cake.  Wow – that’s a big deal, although at 15, Ollie hadn’t realised just how much.  Now, 4 years later and aged 19, Ollie is the proud owner of Glaze Bakery in St Albans – baking what he wants to bake, based on what his customers want – with an aim to not just feed us but to wow us with is creations!
