Claire Denton and Tanya Adams are 2 freelance therapists who came in to meet Elly and tell her about the talking and holistic therapy they offer to help people navigate through their busy lifestyles and find ways to move forward in life.  They both rent space in Neal’s Yard in Christopher Place in St Albans (hence the sweet smells!)  Tune in to hear about the work they do, how they got into it and the mic drop moment when Tanya revealed her hobby (and how she believes a certain holistic therapy helped her overcome some anxiety issues).
