Rayden Solicitors sponsors The Parents’ Show

This week’s show is about celebration and Christmas.

First, Lydia met up with Sue Walder, a local Humanist Celebrant who explained what she does and how she became one.

Then after the break, it’s on to Christmas, and Steve Simpson talks to Miles & Lucy Leven and members of the cast of the Sandpit theatre about this years pantomime.

After their triumphant introduction of panto to Sandpit Theatre last year, Miles and Lucy join the cast of this years offering, Rapunzel who let down their hair between rehearsals, telling Steve Simpson what makes their pantomime so special and important to local communities. Tickets from their website.

Still on pantomimes, Emma Lovell visited the Abbey Theatre to meet Jill Priest and hear about this year’s production, The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe.

Lastly, Mix Mornings presenter Nick Hazell spoke to our gardening expert, Chris Thorne.
Nick asked Chris what tips he has for how to keep your Christmas tree looking great all through the festive period, how to look after Christmas plants and what we should be doing (or rather not doing) in the garden in December.

That’s all from 7pm this thursday on 92.6FM, online at mix926.com and on your smartspeaker.

The Parents’ Show is sponsored by Rayden Solicitors.
